Join Our Team of Inspiring Online Educators! We’re looking for enthusiastic, experienced teachers to join our small, supportive team of online educators. If you're passionate about helping elementary students thrive and you know how to connect and engage in a virtual setting, we’d love to hear from you! Who We’re Looking For: Upbeat, qualified educators with a Bachelor of Education (or equivalent) and a strong background in online teaching. You know how to make learning fun, meaningful, and accessible from anywhere. We are looking for teachers comfortable leading classes for grades 1–6, including small-group instruction and one-on-one tutoring in reading, writing, grammar, and fluency. What You’ll Do: • Teach dynamic and interactive online classes for elementary learners • Create a welcoming, engaging learning environment • Monitor student progress and provide feedback when requested • Collaborate with fellow educators to support student success What You Bring: • Bachelor of Education or a related degree • Excellent communication and people skills • Flexibility in teaching methods to support a range of learning styles • Strong classroom management in a virtual space • Confidence using technology to teach effectively • Organized, dependable, and responsive • A warm, patient approach and a true passion for education Location Requirement: To be eligible for this position, teachers must reside in Canada or the United States.
