About the position Responsibilities Support the sales team with analytics, sales tools, CRM, Salesforce, and dashboard reporting.Create and distribute communications and promotional solutions for the Southwest Business Team and Customers.Provide customer support to the Southwest Business Team and Customers by responding to and managing inquiries utilizing CRM tools.Partner with various internal departments to develop technical solutions.Participate in ad hoc sales projects, promotions, and planning.Requirements High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.Must be at least 18 years of age.Must have a valid U.S. Social Security Number to complete the full hiring process.Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.Progress towards a degree, major, or minor in Professional Sales, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Computer Science, Analytics, Information Technology, or Aviation related field.Progress towards a 4-year undergraduate degree preferred.Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and during the internship.Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA at the time of application.Nice-to-haves Work experience in an Aviation environment preferred.Previous work or internship experience in an analytics-related role preferred.Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, or Salesforce preferred.Benefits Hourly pay of \$25 per hour.One-time stipend of \$1,000 paid in two installments of \$500.Free, unlimited travel privileges for personal use (taxes and fees may apply on international travel).Required equipment, such as a laptop, provided for the internship.
